THE COMBINATION OF HIGH DEMAND FOR HOMES AND SHRINKING INVENTORY IS A NO BRAINER!!  If you've been thinking about selling your home, think no more, now is the BEST TIME EVER!! Right now Inventory is below history numbers and the demand is fierce.  This is a  great opportunity for you and your family if you've been pondering  whether or not to sell your home.

The amount of people physically out looking at homes right now is vast. The latest foot traffic numbers indicate there are more prospective purchasers  than ever right now. These Buyers are ready willing and able to bid high for a home in this very competitive market.

With housing being so competitive right now this is a Sellers Market and the pickings are slim, in a great deal of markets there is not enough homes for sale to satisfy buyers. This is good for Sellers prices now, however additional inventory is about to come to the market which will cause a shift in pricing.

Many home owners have had the desire to sell  for a while as they have been unable to due to being in a negative equity situation. More homeowners are now in a positive position.

Also, new construction of single-family homes is again beginning to increase. A study by Harris Poll revealed that 41% of buyers would prefer to buy a new home while only 21% prefer an existing home (38% had no preference). Thus inventory for buyers will continue  to increase.

If you are planning to list your home NOW IS THE TIME!!
